A quintessential Sangiovese that plays exactly by the rules. Red fruits merge with tomato notes, sweet spices floating in the background. It's fine. Medium acidity, but it's all about that old-school palate grip - dry, rustic, almost austere. Spices, tobacco, and oak complete the picture. Good wine, just not quite my wavelength.
